The Bluffs moves ahead in downtown Clearwater with 28-story apartment tower

The residential component of a massive redevelopment on Clearwater’s downtown waterfront is moving ahead with a 28-story tower, which will break ground on the former city hall site.

The Bluffs, a proposed redevelopment of two Clearwater-owned properties by New York-based Gotham and Palm Harbor’s DeNunzio Group, is progressing with the apartment portion of the project, which is set to bring 400 units and 12,400 square feet of ground-floor retail.
