Salt Creek redevelopment in St. Pete's Old Southeast moves forward

A Clearwater developer is moving toward a groundbreaking on the 12-acre waterfront property it has assembled in St. Petersburg's Old Southeast neighborhood.

Odyssey Real Estate Development, a company linked to Clearwater-based Prometheus, received approval from the Southwest Florida Water Management District on Monday for its plan for a new office building. The project includes removing the existing building at 1351 Bay St. SE and building a four-story office building.
