Hundreds of apartments break ground in Odessa

A Jacksonville contractor says it has broken ground on an Odessa apartment complex that will add hundreds of residential units to a growing Pasco County corridor.

Epoch Asturia will bring 267 apartments to Asturia, a 300-acre mixed-use development off State Road 54, west of Suncoast Parkway. The developer is Winter Park-based Epoch Residential Group. Fansler Construction is the general contractor.
