Central Florida's grocery scene is evolving fast from Aldi's aggressive expansion through Winn-Dixie conversions to H-Mart's long-awaited Orlando debut.

The region also is seeing a surge in retail food investment as Publix continues to anchor major real estate deals, while other brands like Bravo Supermarkets eye new territory in the region.
