Bath and Racquet Residences and Club, a racquet sports-themed condo project, is ahead of schedule

The former Bath & Racquet Club in Sarasota, once a critical venue in the rise of women’s professional tennis, is on its way to bringing more than 200 luxury residences, retail and dining to the area.

Former tennis pro Tommy Haas has partnered with New York-based Silver Sky Global Capital to transform the club into Bath and Racquet Residences and Club, a mixed-use project with 256 luxury condominium units across four buildings, over 65,000 square feet of fitness and wellness amenities, retail, dining and green space. The development at 2170 Robinhood St., which centers around racket sports, is ahead of schedule as construction is underway.
