Dutch Bros gets OK for Largo location

Dutch Bros. can move forward with the construction of its first Pinellas County location.

The West Coast coffee chain will occupy a 967-square-foot building and double drive-thru at 2250 East Bay Drive in Largo. St. Pete-based Paradise Ventures, which purchased Keene Plaza in 2012, was approved for construction Thursday. Bear Global Construction Inc. is the general contractor.
