Local investor plans renovation for Clearwater Beach Hotel after sale

A local hotel investor who flipped an inn in Gulfport has now purchased a small Clearwater Beach hotel.

The investor purchased the Clearwater Beach Hotel at 455 S. Gulfview Blvd. on Monday for $9 million with plans for a major renovation to position the property as a high-end boutique style hotel. The buyer also owns the Peninsula Bed & Cocktails in Gulfport through Florida House Realty Investments LLC, which is registered to Maurice Kadosh.
