Largo's Golden Corral will be demolished for drive-thru chain

Largo's long-shuttered Golden Corral will be knocked down, allowing a Chick-fil-A drive-thru to relocate across Ulmerton Road.

A 6,300-square-foot Chick-fil-A is slated to replace the buffet-style restaurant at 10050 Ulmerton Road. WMG Development received an environmental resource permit from the Southwest Florida Water Management District on Friday, allowing the demolition and new construction on the site.
