EōS Fitness inks deal for second Pinellas County location

An expanding fitness chain will take over a former big-box store in Pinellas Park.

EōS Fitness has signed a long-term lease to occupy 39,801 square feet at a vacant Walmart Neighborhood Market near The Shoppes at Park Place off U.S. Highway 19. The Dallas-based company has 17 locations across Florida, and this lease marks its second Pinellas County location.
