Downtown St. Pete apartment tower sells for nine figures

A downtown St. Petersburg apartment complex has sold for more than $100 million.

Boston-based real estate investment and development firm General Investment & Development purchased The Hermitage Apartment Homes at 151 Seventh St. S for $104.5 million or $300,172 per unit. Recorded sales for multifamily buildings do not always reflect the entire transaction value. A spokesperson for GID was not immediately available to confirm the recorded price.
