St. Pete investor plans new retail development for Central Avenue

A local investor is bringing a new retail building to downtown St. Pete.

Rossi Bonugli, who purchased three Goodyear Rubber Products Inc. properties in 2023, has plans to build a 6,079-square-foot retail building on a lot at 2730 Central Ave. He submitted a permit to the Southwest Florida Water Management District on Thursday.
