Waterfront apartments in Clearwater sell for over $100 million

A waterfront apartment complex in Clearwater has sold for more than $100 million.

Cortland Bayside, a luxury apartment community fronting Old Tampa Bay, sold for $109 million, according to Pinellas County public records. Cortland, an Atlanta-based multifamily developer, sold the complex to Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT), a Houston-based multifamily REIT, on May 22.
