The Sapphire: Lounge and Supper Club to open in Westshore

A new entertainment concept is coming to Tampa’s Westshore business district.

The Feil Organization, a New York-based real estate firm, said Tuesday that it has signed a lease with The Sapphire: Lounge and Supper Club in TriPointe Plaza, a 46,647-square-foot building on West Boy Scout Boulevard. The Sapphire has leased 15,000 square feet on the ground level of the building, which Feil has owned since 2019.
