Industrial outdoor storage firm completes build-to-suit project in Clearwater

An industrial outdoor storage company has transformed a former landfill site in Clearwater.

Zenith IOS, the New York-based industrial outdoor storage investment platform, has completed an 18-acre build-to-suit project for Insurance Auto Auctions at Sunshine Industrial Park. The park has a total of over 50 acres of outdoor storage space. The development will serve as IAA's primary hub for the Tampa Bay region.
