A New York real estate developer plans to develop a 3.4 million-square-foot industrial park in Plant City.

The Plant City Commission has approved the entitlements that Stalwart Equities needs to move forward with Stalwart Business Park, a 410-acre development along State Route 39 (also known as Paul Buchman Highway), south of Half Mile Road and north of Knights Griffin Road. With its location adjacent to the four-lane highway and a CSX rail line, the developer touts that the property is “the largest tract of land offering direct connectivity to Port Tampa Bay via CSX, to Interstate 4 and the I-4 connector, and to Interstate 75 via SR39.”
