YouTube real estate star offloads Largo shopping plaza to local investors

Real estate YouTube sensation Ben Mallah has sold another retail property in the Tampa Bay area.

The CEO of Largo-based Equity Management Partners, who has amassed more than a million YouTube subscribers, sold a Largo retail center for $10.65 million on May 16. The shopping center, located at 1301-1551 Missouri Ave. N,. is another example of retail properties Mallah has sold off with RIPCO Real Estate Services executive vice president Ari Ravi.
