Four developers vie for affordable development at former St. Pete College site

Four developers have submitted proposals to build a for-sale, affordable townhome community on a former St. Petersburg College site — some for the second time.

Ramos Development, an arm of Tampa-based custom homebuilder Ramos Cos., shared its bid with the Tampa Bay Business Journal, detailing a plan for 96 factory-built townhomes.
