Affordable housing in Largo nears construction

A Miami-based affordable housing developer is inching toward beginning construction of its latest proposed development in Pinellas County.

Archway Partners filed for a site work permit on Thursday to begin the horizontal construction of its 84-unit affordable housing apartment complex called Cypress Grove Apartments in Largo. The project has garnered financial support from both Pinellas County and the city of Largo.
