Luxury condos in downtown Sarasota reach full height

A luxury condo on downtown Sarasota's Golden Gate Point has reached its full height of 10 stories.

The tower, known as The Owen Golden Gate Point, broke ground in June 2024. The developer is Naples-based Ronto Group, which also built Altura Bayshore in South Tampa and is under construction on Rosewood Residences-branded condos in Naples and Sarasota's Lido Key.
