Bath and Racquet Residences and Club in Sarasota breaks ground after securing construction financing

Tennis legend Tommy Haas knows that the Bath and Racquet Residences and Club in Sarasota has to be about more than tennis.

The development, which will bring 256 luxury condos and a wellness compound to the site of a former tennis club off of U.S. 41, is themed around racquet sports: tennis, of course, as well as pickleball and padel. But Haas, who has joined the development team as a global ambassador and club curator, sees wellness as the true anchor of the project.
