South Florida group buys Wesley Chapel apartments for $42M

Bainbridge Cos. has closed on the acquisition of an apartment community in Wesley Chapel.

Wellington-based Bainbridge acquired Charleston Wesley Chapel Apartments, a 228-unit property built in 2022 on March 11 via its Bainbridge Multifamily Acquisition Fund I LP. Jake Wright, president of capital markets, led the acquisition process for Bainbridge.
