Second phase of St. Petersburg industrial park breaks ground

The second phase of a St. Petersburg industrial park has broken ground on Gandy Boulevard.

Seventeen acres of Gateway Logistics Center will become home to 322,000 net rental square feet of new industrial space — two 119,481-square-foot buildings and one 92,841-square-foot building. Developer Greystar has partnered with Boston-based private equity firm Rockpoint Group to build this phase of Gateway Logistics Center.
