Hernando County land sale hints at growth to come

A $2.35 million land sale in Hernando County is the latest sign of growth to come in the area surrounding Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport.

The 35-acre site has frontage along U.S. Highway 41 and Spring Hill Drive and is northeast of the airport. The property was sold by Huntley Holdings LLC, which was represented by Nancy Surak of Land Advisors Organization. The buyer was Corporate Corner LLC, represented by Turner Cole Co.
