University of Tampa buys prime site near Oxford Exchange

The University of Tampa has paid over $10 million for less than an acre of land near Oxford Exchange — but officials won't say what they plan to build there.

The university closed on 110 S. Blvd. on March 21 for $10.25 million, Hillsborough County property records show. The seller was a joint venture of Development Ventures Group and Intown Group, which bought the property for $4.5 million in July 2022, according to property records.
