Odessa golf course sells for nearly double its 2022 price

An Odessa golf course has sold for nearly double its 2022 price — and the new owner is planning to invest in the property.

The Eagles Golf Club sold for $6.75 million on March 10, according to Hillsborough County property records. The seller, Xude Hospitality, paid $3.75 million for the property in May 2022. The buyer is a New Jersey entity linked to Shraga “Steven” Schorr, a principal at The Walden Group, who has recently purchased several properties in North Carolina.
