Sarasota condo tower lands $208 million construction loan

One Park Sarasota, a luxury condominium tower under construction in downtown Sarasota, has secured $208 million in financing.

Developers Property Markets Group, based in Miami, and Sarasota's MoneyShow said Monday that they secured the loan from RMWC, a national commercial real estate lender based in New York.
