Florida investors buy manufacturing housing, including Pasco, Pinellas properties

A Palm Beach real estate investment firm has added three Florida manufactured housing communities to its portfolio in recent months — including two in Tampa Bay.

GMF Group says it has purchased three housing communities recently: The Village at 6991 Fort King Road in Zephyrhills; Seahorse at 414 North Ridgewood Avenue in Edgewater, Fla.; and Pine Acres at 10720 54th Ave. N. in St. Petersburg.
