Developer picks up Pinellas manufacturing facility for $23M

A real estate firm based in Ponte Vedra Beach has picked up its first Pinellas County industrial property.

InLight Real Estate Partners purchased the 176,135-square-foot Southbrook Corporate Center in Pinellas Park for $22.7 million, according to a deed. The firm also took out a $13.3 million loan from Ameris Bank, according to Pinellas County property records. The seller was Tampa-based Harrod Properties.
