Clearwater Beach condo-hotel lands $43M loan

The development team behind a condo-hotel in Clearwater Beach landed a $42.925 million construction loan.

CW Resort & Marina's owners recently received the mortgage from Apex Group Loan Services New York LLC, according to Pinellas County property records. The 91-unit, eight-story development overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway is being led by Clearwater-based ARC Realty Group.
