Largo shopping center sells for $5.6 million

A New York property manager has picked up a strip center in Largo.

Central Park Largo LLC purchased Central Park Plaza from Katherine Weiss Krupat and Kenneth Weiss for $5.6 million, according to Pinellas County property records. Central Park Largo is affiliated with New York-based Fortune Commercial Management and Tampa-based RMC Property Group. The company took out a $3.71 million loan from SouthState Bank to help fund the purchase.
