Arizona developer to open third built-to-rent community in Tampa Bay

BB Living will open its third built-to-rent community in the Tampa region in early 2025.

Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, the developer said it will open BB Living Wellen Park in North Port in January. The opening comes on the heels of BB Living Epperson Ranch, which opened in October 2024 and has 164 units. It is also the developer of BB Living Antigua at Lakewood Ranch, which opened in 2023 and has 192 units.
