42nd floor penthouse in downtown Tampa hits the market at over $6 million

The developer of One Tampa has listed the tower's 42nd-floor penthouse for just under $6.2 million.

One Tampa is under construction at the intersection of North Tampa and East Twiggs streets. It will have 225 luxury condos, ushering in a new era for Tampa's central business district. For the last decade, high-rise construction in Tampa's urban core has been limited to the Channel district and Water Street Tampa. One Tampa's million-dollar-and-up condos are the first for-sale residential units to break ground in the central business district since Skypoint wrapped up construction in 2007.
