Affordable housing complex near Tropicana Field sells

An 84-unit affordable housing complex near Tropicana Field has sold for $16.5 million.

Citrus Grove Preservation Ltd. — a subsidiary of California-based Lincoln Avenue Communities — closed on Citrus Grove Apartments earlier this month, according to Pinellas County property records. Oregon-based Foundation for Affordable Housing was the seller just over three years after acquiring it for $8.98 million.
