Tampa company acquires Jacksonville's Pacific Oak Residential, expanding rental portfolio

A local single-family rental company is now part of a Tampa-based platform.

Second Avenue, a full-service single-family rental platform, announced its acquisition of Pacific Oak Residential, Inc., a Jacksonville-based property and management company that oversees 2,110 single-family valued at about $400 million. The acquisition expands Second Avenue’s portfolio to 5,300 homes under management, increasing its assets to $1.5 billion.
