In a year of restaurant closures, Gigglewaters in Safety Harbor bucks the trend with growth ambitions

A popular restaurant and social club has purchased its downtown Safety Harbor real estate, securing its future there as it looks to expand across Florida and nationwide.

The owners of Gigglewaters bought the approximately 9,000-square-foot building at 737 Main Street for $3.2 million from a company controlled by John Witeck, according to Pinellas County property records.
