Developer under contract to buy SPC campus near Skyway Marina district

St. Petersburg College is on the verge of a real estate deal that could be transformative for the southern end of the city.

Kolter Multifamily, a division of Delray Beach-based Kolter Group, is under contract to acquire SPC's Allstate Campus at 3200 34th St. S, the Tampa Bay Business Journal has learned. The property is just over 17 acres.
