Coffee shop to open first US storefront in downtown St. Pete

The Nolen, a condominium tower under construction in downtown St. Petersburg, has sold its ground-level retail space to a Panamanian coffee company.

Savage Coffees, a coffee producer and roastery, will open its first retail location in the United States at the Nolen, according to a release. The family company already operates a roastery at 2756 25th St. N in St. Pete.
