Tampa entrepreneur sells Beach Park mansion for $7.8 million

Tampa entrepreneur Nick Friedman has sold a mansion in Tampa's Beach Park neighborhood for $7.825 million.

It is the second noteworthy residential property in Tampa that Friedman, co-founder of College Hunks Hauling Junks, has significantly renovated. The first, a century-old Bayshore Boulevard home, was featured on HGTV's "House Hunters" and "House Hunters Renovation."
