TV personality sells waterfront mansion in St. Petersburg

Actress and HSN personality Rhonda Shear has sold her home in St. Petersburg's Snell Isle neighborhood for $6.8 million.

Shear and her husband Van Fagan first listed the property for sale in 2021 at a price point of $9.8 million. It was listed again in 2023 and 2024 for about $13 million and $11 million, respectively. She bought the mansion for $3.2 million in 2011, according to property records.
