St. Pete shopping center sells for over $20 million

A shopping center in St. Petersburg has traded hands for $20.5 million.

Georgia-based Crim & Associates and Wallace Properties purchased the 141,577-square-foot Crosswinds Shopping Center located at 2030 66th St. N., according to Pinellas County property records. Crim & Associates has a 70% ownership stake, while Wallace Properties has a 30% stake split between two affiliates, according to the deed.
