Law firm finds new office in downtown St. Pete after crane damage

A law firm has found a new home in downtown St. Petersburg after its previous office building was damaged by a fallen construction crane during Hurricane Milton.

Johnson Pope Bokor Ruppel & Burns LLP said Monday that it is moving to First Central Tower at 360 Central Ave. Truist has signage on the building, which Feldman Equities has owned since 2014. At approximately 250,000 square feet, the tower is downtown St. Pete's second-largest office building.
