800-acre, mixed-use development targeted for Trinity is in the early stages

A Trinity-based development team is partnering with Los Angeles and U.K. “experience” design firms to remediate and develop a vast portion of central Pasco County.

The Trinity Florida site was revealed in a presentation last week at the IAAPA 2024 Expo in Orlando. In a release from Storyland Studios, plans describe “the nation’s largest sports entertainment community development."
