Student housing near USF sells for $44 million

Athens, Georgia-based Landmark Properties and California-based Stockbridge have acquired student housing near the University of South Florida for $44.83 million.

The Retreat at Tampa, located at 11326 N. 46th St., is across from the southern edge of the University of South Florida campus. The 107-unit complex features 416 beds.
