Baltimore firm buys North Tampa apartments for $82 million

A Baltimore real estate investment firm has purchased a North Tampa apartment complex for over $260,000 per apartment and plans to renovate it.

Continental Realty Corp. bought Henley Tampa Palms, a 315-unit apartment complex, for $82 million. The company said it now manages over 700 apartment homes in Tampa and 10,000 in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast U.S.
