Kolter Group partners with Canadian homebuilder

Canadian real estate company Brookfield Residential has acquired an ownership position in Kolter Land, a division of Delray Beach-based homebuilder The Kolter Group.

The new partnership will enable The Kolter Group and Brookfield Residential to "deliver high-quality residential and mixed-use communities that [are in] growing demand in Florida, Tennessee, Georgia and the Carolinas," said Adrian Foley, president and CEO of Brookfield Residential.
