WMG Development sells Sarasota shopping center for $20M

WMG Development has sold Shoppes at Palmer Ranch to the Wilder Companies for $20.4 million.

In addition, it sold a Circle K and Fifth Third Bank branch to private buyers in separate transactions priced at $3.35 million and $2.14 million.
