Two Pinellas County apartment complexes sell for over $70M each

Two apartment complexes in north Pinellas County have traded hands.

Windsor Clearwater Apartments, previously known as Aventon Lana, sold for $89.74 million earlier this month, according to Pinellas County records. It was the first time the complex sold since construction ended in 2023.
