Pre-storms, Longboat Key ZIP code ranks among top 10 hottest US housing markets

While home sales nationally and in Tampa Bay have stagnated over the last year, one Tampa Bay ZIP code was among the country's top 10 hottest housing markets in the third quarter of 2024.

ZIP code 34228 in Longboat Key ranked first in Tampa Bay and sixth nationally in the Business Journals’ inaugural hottest housing market rankings.
