These are Tampa Bay’s top 10 million-dollar housing markets

Ten Tampa Bay area ZIP codes had average home sale prices above $1 million in the third quarter of 2024.

The top ZIP code in this group, 34228 in Longboat Key, saw 98 homes sold for an average price of $2.4 million from July through September. It also ranked No. 6 nationally among the nation’s hottest housing markets based on American City Business Journals’ proprietary rankings.
