St. Pete senior housing complex to be developed as nonprofit

The sales effort at a senior living community in St. Petersburg’s Skyway Marina district is progressing.

Convivial Life, a Venice-based nonprofit, acquired the property at 4537 34th St. S last month for $21.4 million in an intracompany transfer from LifeStar Living, according to a Pinellas County deed. The project’s name was also changed from The ManhattanSt. Petersburg to ConvivialSt. Petersburg.
